Give weekly progress reports: Decide one day and spend time that day picking out a select group of Associates, and writing a quick email with some constructive criticism (and positive feedback) about their efforts. For instance, maybe you saw an Associate speak at an opportunity meeting and noticed they were repeating phrases that made them sound nervous. Or you read a great blog post that someone wrote online and you want to share your gratitude.
